020 3290 8451 rang me today with a pre-recorded message claiming I was being watched and supposedly under investigation - which is funny because they clearly have no clue where I actually live! I found it pretty ridiculous and couldn’t take it seriously, but I can see how some folks might get really scared by such an intimidating call. It’s crazy what some scammers will try.

I got a call from 020 32908451 earlier, and it was one of those automated messages telling me my home is being watched and that I'm supposedly being investigated. They clearly have no clue where I actually live! Honestly, I found the whole thing a bit laughable and wouldn't be fooled by such nonsense, but I can imagine it might scare some folks out there with a lot less patience.

Just got a call from a number saying they were from HMRC or something similar. I didn’t pick up and blocked the number straight away. Honestly, I wouldn’t bother ringing back - I reckon it’s probably linked to some overseas scam that charges crazy fees. Best to just block and forget about it.
