Beware of this number pretending to be from SKY TV. They call saying there’s some issue with your internet and want remote access to your computer. They nearly tricked my 80 year old dad into giving them his driving licence and bank info. I’ve reported it both to Police Scotland and the bank’s fraud team. Stay cautious!

Some bloke rang me, saying he was from Sky's main system and that there was an issue with my internet. He told me I was owed some refund and then asked if he could get into my device, also quizzing me about what other gadgets were linked to my router. When I said I needed to end the call, he quickly warned me not to tell anyone about our chat. He talked with an Indian accent. Honestly, if you get a call like this from anyone like him, just put the phone down immediately.
