Phone number ☎️ 02032900217 👆 is reported as a suspicious number often linked to scam calls. Callers use a UK Government Department of Transport ruse, asking about vehicle accidents that never happened. They provide limited or inconsistent info and can't confirm key details about the alleged incident. The use of an unfamiliar 0203 number and foreign accent adds to doubts. Overall, it seems to be a call to watch out for due to unverified claims and potential deceit.
Reports on phone number 02032900217
13 yearsI received a rather dubious phone call at 16:04 on the 29th of October. After using 1471, I discovered that the number which rang us was actually 08452861758. The caller, who spoke with an Asian accent, identified himself as Gerrard Messi and claimed to be affiliated with the UK Department of Transport. He was probing for details about a supposed minor accident involving a vehicle linked to our address over the past year. However, I knew for a fact that no such accident had occurred. When I pressed him for the registration number of the vehicle in question or even the date when this alleged incident took place, he was either unwilling or unable to provide that information. It was clear to me that this was an attempt at a scam. I've since reported the encounter to the legitimate Department of Transport.Gerrard MessiUK Department of TransportDepartment of TransportSubmit Your Own Report (020 3290 0217)
