I've had a similar experience; they keep ringing me from various numbers. I inadvertently got caught up in a scam about unlocking my laptop as well.

I suspect I've fallen victim to a scam involving this number, as I've parted with £200 for what was claimed to be computer insurance from something that supposedly represents aerosoft.com. Could anyone provide me with some guidance on what steps I should take next?

I received a prompt to ring this number after my laptop screen just went blank. The message claimed it was the contact for Microsoft Support, so, rather foolishly, I went ahead and dialled. They then insisted I cough up £249.99 to regain access to my device, claiming it was the only way to unlock it. In my naivety, I went along with it, genuinely thinking I was communicating with Microsoft. It didn’t take long for me to realise I had been duped!
