Just got a call from someone telling me my washing machine cover had expired. I know it’s still active as I checked not more than a week ago. The guy said he could lower my payment from £11 to £9 a month and wanted to discuss some details over the phone. I told him I was at work and to just send the documents by post so I could look at them later. Then he claimed he didn’t have my address and just ended the call.
