They advised me to change my account details and use some odd name to stop the supposed fraud that was affecting loads of other customers. I ended the call right then, planning to check with my bank if any of it was true. I’m gonna contact them on Tuesday. It’s just awful how these evil folks think they can get away with such things - totally illegal and wrong. I’ve had other calls about shutting down my computer before, but this was the worst scam call I’ve had so far. Sorry for bothering you with this drama.Submit Your Own Report (020 3239 4510)
