They’re polite on the phone at first, but get really pushy once you actually listen to what they’re saying. They keep ringing you from loads of different numbers, trying to get you to put at least £3,000 into their wine collection. Basically, if you say no, they just won’t take it and keep ringing you over and over.

I got a quick response from their Admin Manager who removed my info straight away. If you ask a salesperson to remove you from their list, they’re meant to do it right away.
