I received a call from this number while I was engaged in a critical discussion on my home phone with a government office I'd been attempting to reach for weeks. However, to my annoyance, they repeated this intrusion on two more occasions within a matter of minutes. In the end, I had to power off my mobile to concentrate on tackling the rather faceless bureaucratic entity without any further disruptions. Considering the relentless nature of 02031's attempts, I foolishly assumed it might be an important matter, but I’ve now realised just how mistaken I was! To borrow a line from the Stones, “Won't Get Fooled Again!” Please don’t hesitate to pass this on to anyone who might find it useful!

Got a call from a bloke named Raj claiming to be from some “insurance firm” about some unclaimed car insurance from an accident they said took place a few years back! I just ended the call immediately. Then this same joker had the cheek to ring me again, but from a different random number. Same guy, obviously a scam! Blocked him quick!
