I've been plagued by this Windows scheme that's continually ringing my phone. Every time I answer, it’s an irritating automated message. I've pressed the options to remove my number - either 4 or 5, but to no avail. Recently, I opted for option 9, hoping to get some insight, yet they rang me again today to peddle their wares and abruptly hung up when they figured out I wasn't a potential buyer. Next time, I'm tempted to play along a bit to see how far it goes! I even attempted to ring them back, but surprise surprise - it’s just not possible to connect!

In the past week, I've received as many as eight calls daily from this number! It’s quite frustrating, but unfortunately, I can’t report them to Ofcom since I have no clue about their identity.
