I got a call from someone saying they were with BT, worried that my broadband was about to switch from private to public. But knowing how BT usually operate, I couldn’t imagine they'd actually be on top of something like that. So, I figured it was a scam and hung up before they could ask me to install anything or try to get cash out of me.
