When I probed a bit further, their story kept changing - one minute they were mediators, next they were back to being Citizen’s Advice, and then claimed to be a third-party entity! The woman on the line had a strong accent and began yelling at me, exclaiming something along the lines of, "If you’re not interested in resolving your issues, that’s your problem!" before abruptly hanging up.
