He then wanted to remotely access my computer to “sort” the refund - absolutely no way I was letting that happen. I told him to call later. Meanwhile, I looked up the company name he gave, ‘Roberts & Co Accountants.’ I rang both their Bristol and London offices, and neither had heard of a Damien Roberts.
