Got a call from someone saying they were from MHRC legal and that I supposedly owed £4000 to the tax office. The bloke said his name was Brian Hogg. The voicemail didn’t say who it was for but mentioned something urgent. When I rang back, I got through to this Brian Hogg guy who said they'd sent letters but no one was available to accept them, so they couldn’t deliver. He then threatened me with criminal charges. Honestly, his accent was hard to catch a lot of what he said, so I just ended the call.

Just got a call from these lot - total SCAM, definitely don’t bother ringing them back. I keep a whistle right next to my landline and when these scammer yobs ring, I give it a good blast and then laugh my head off into the receiver.
