Beware, it's a total scam. Someone hacked into my account and placed an order for an iPhone that I never requested. Fortunately, they didn't manage to update the delivery details, and I managed to reset my password just in time. O2 told me straight up that it was a fraudulent activity.

I recently encountered a dodgy operation masquerading as O2. They somehow infiltrated my account and placed an order for an iPhone that I certainly didn’t authorise. Thankfully, they couldn’t alter the delivery address, and I was quick to update my password. O2 have since verified that it’s a fraudulent scheme.

This was totally a scam. They claimed I could get discounts on the O2 network, but I don’t even have O2. I hung up straight away. You should do the same.

Oh yeah, total scam alert. They first phoned claiming to be O2, then shot me an email from something like 02sales.com - which I found out is just a parked site on GoDaddy - pretending it’s O2 sales. They ask you to ring back a dodgy number. Just a bunch of fraudsters trying to trick you into handing over your MyO2 login details. Watch out!
