Just want to warn everyone about 02030971938 - they’re scammers claiming to be from Microsoft. They pop up messages on your screen with loud sounds saying not to switch off your computer and to ring that number instead. Dumb me actually called, and the guy on the other end said his name was Chandan Bharti. After that, he rang me back from 0800 6800196. Stay clear of them!

They claimed to be from Microsoft support, but some of the stuff they wanted me to do just didn’t feel right. Seemed a bit off to me.

Some bloke called Nick Maxwell said my computer was infected with a Trojan horse, then tried to flog me an antivirus software for £200. Totally dodgy, definitely a scam.
