I received a rather dubious call from two blokes identifying themselves as Shoaid and Mark Williams. They claimed that we were eligible for a reimbursement of £3,460 due to bank charges. They instructed us to head to the closest paypoint and send £346 as a sort of 'security deposit.' Their pitch was that after the funds cleared, they’d supposedly return the total amount via cheque. It all sounded highly suspicious to me! So, word to the wise: steer clear and don't part with any cash!

I received a rather dodgy phone call from two chaps, one going by the name of Shoaid and the other Mark Williams. They claimed that we're in line for a refund of £3,460 due to some alleged bank charges. They insisted that the quickest way to sort this out was to head over to the closest PayPoint and transfer £346 as a sort of 'security deposit'. Supposedly, after making the payment, they would promptly send us a cheque for the full amount. Sounds very fishy, if you ask me! I'm convinced it's a scam, so whatever you do, don’t part with your cash!
