Got a call from a bloke named Ben who said thanks for recycling our old printer cartridges through their company. He offered to send us a 'free toner' as a kind of thank you. Problem is, we don't even use toner cartridges. When I asked him when we recycled with them, he couldn’t give any proper answer, but he did want to know what printers we have. I told him we never used their service and mentioned I'd read a lot of other folks’ stories about being sent cartridges with a demand for payment in just a couple of weeks and no way to send them back. He sounded a bit surprised. I told him to remove our info from their list, and while he agreed, I’m not holding my breath for it actually happening.
