Got a call like always, they said it was about a crash I supposedly was in. Then it switched to asking if I’d actually told anyone about the accident. After that, the caller got a bit nasty, blaming me for getting calls like that because apparently I’d been “shouting my number about”. The accent was proper Scouse too - definitely not someone you wanna chat with. Caller ID: Unknown.

So today, as I was on my way to pick up my missus, she got a call from this number asking about the accident our car had been in. It really stressed her out and she started to freak out a bit. She kept trying to ring me, but I never answer when I’m driving. She was just about to ring the cops and hospitals when I arrived. This kind of thing needs to be stopped. If anyone knows who these people are, please let me know because I want to report them to the police. The caller didn’t give a name.

After seeing the earlier posts, I got in touch with VoiceHost Limited but they said they couldn't share any info because of the Data Protection Act. That said, if the caller was from P&G Solutions (or maybe pandgsolutions), they seem to be a Liverpool-based firm. They’ve got a Facebook page where they offer help related to car crashes, which kinda fits with what’s been mentioned here. Honestly, I reckon it might be best to pass this on to the cops now.

According to the Government’s own site, “The Data Protection Act regulates how your PERSONAL data is handled by companies, businesses or the government.” It’s meant to safeguard individuals, not cover for COMPANIES running dodgy schemes. When I contacted VoiceHost, their defence was that they just manage loads of numbers and aren’t the ones making the calls. That’s like selling ammo to a known criminal and taking your cut. If you’re aware your clients are blatantly breaking the law, then you’re just as guilty. It’s like helping a drunk driver get behind the wheel and send them on their way. Ofcom won’t do much about it. The only real solution is to report these numbers to the provider and pressure them into cleaning up their act. - caller: 02030115529

Someone called me earlier claiming his name was Adam and mentioned something about a minor accident. When I asked him to share the car's registration number, he refused, saying he wasn’t allowed to. I told him I hadn’t been in any crash. Suddenly, he said I was wasting his time. When I replied, he snapped back, telling me I wasn’t the only one who could be rude and then told me to F*** off with some really nasty language. Honestly, I was stunned and disgusted. Yesterday, Wednesday the 28th of January 2015, at precisely 1:01 PM, my mobile buzzed with a call while I was behind the wheel. I promptly ended the call and noticed that a message had been left. Unfortunately, I can’t recall the specific words, but it was certainly rather rude. I attempted to return the call both from my mobile and my landline, but to my astonishment, I was informed that the number was non-existent.

I received a rather perplexing call from a chap named Adam, using the number mentioned above, who claimed my details were forwarded to him concerning an incident I supposedly had a hand in. To be frank, I've never been involved in any mishaps at all. When I pressed him on this, he inquired if I'd had any involvement in anything within the last three years - again, absolutely nothing. Upon further questioning, 'Adam' assured me that my information would be expunged from his records and that I wasn't the sole recipient of such a curious phone call today. It begs the question, why are there files with my name being circulated when I’ve never experienced an accident? If you could investigate the origin of this matter, it would be greatly appreciated.
