I just had a call from a young chap with a rather monotonous voice, droning on about some phone protection scheme. When I pressed him for more details, he attempted to give me a lesson on what the internet is and insisted that his so-called plan included coverage for tablets, laptops, or PCs. When I told him I wasn’t enrolled in any such scheme, he cheekily asked to chat with my husband! Excuse me, mate, but it's 2016 and times have changed!
