Got a call from some young guy with this really dull, monotone voice about my phone protection plan. When I asked him some questions, he started going on about how the internet works and that their plan covers a tablet, laptop or PC. I told him I don't have any plan with them, and then he just wanted to talk to my husband! Seriously mate, it's 2016, get with the times!

To be honest, my computer is already covered by McAfee, so it seems pointless to fork out for another protection service.
