I received a rather unsolicited call regarding loft insulation. It turned out to be an automated system on the line. Quite impressive how lifelike it sounded, yet it did acknowledge my 'telephone preference' and ended the conversation.

I received a peculiar call the other day, it was this rather monotonous voice trying to pitch insulation for lofts. They then had the audacity to ask me about the type of insulation I use! Honestly, the nerve! It's astonishing that they can’t even be bothered to employ actual humans to pester decent businesses anymore!
