I received a call from someone purporting to be an energy consultant in my area, yet when I pressed for the name of their company, they stumbled through their words and couldn't provide anything credible. It all felt quite dodgy, and they hung up rather swiftly. It’s rather frustrating how some people have little regard for the Telephone Preference Service.
