This number has rung me about five times within the past four hours, but whenever I answer, it’s just silence on the line.

So earlier today, around 1.45 pm on the 8th of December, I got a call from someone claiming to be from BT saying my internet had been hacked. They then asked what kind of devices I’ve got hooked up to my internet. When I turned it back on them and said, "Can you tell me exactly what devices you say are connected?" they just listed off laptop, smartphone, and computer. I didn’t buy it at all and quickly hung up.
