Somebody rang saying they were from my phone company, but I kept asking which one it was three times, then they just hung up.

Received calls from this number, claiming to be from Scotland, on the 7th of May, 2023. There was no caller ID displayed, so I've gone ahead and blocked the number. After doing a bit of digging on this site, it seems there’s a chance this could be a scam. Just a heads up!

Got a call from someone saying they were from HMRC about a tax rebate I could get. They wanted me to click a link to claim it, but I don’t even pay any tax! Definitely a scam, so watch out for these.

I didn’t pick up. I’m guessing it’s probably that strange Scottish place again like the call before, but the caller had some dodgy Indian accent. And if you scammers are seeing this, seriously, find a proper honest job or just stop bothering people, you’re the lowest of the low trying to rip off decent folks.
