When I asked how they got my number, the person said they were contacting folks not on the Telephone Preference Service or something like that. I told him my number is definitely on the TPS, so what he's doing is against the rules. He just muttered something unclear and then ended the call.

This bloke called me Chris and claimed to be from the energy saving team around here. I told him I wasn’t interested, since he’d called me before. Then, about ten minutes later, another guy saying his name was John phoned about the same thing. I gave him the same reply, not interested. Honestly, I wouldn’t put it past them being some kind of scam.
