Got this call a couple of times myself. It was supposed to be from TPS but turned out to be about Solar panels, claiming they operate in my area... which is not true. The bloke even said we asked to be on some list for Solar panels, which we definitely hadn’t as ours have been up for about 8 years now. Also, the same number called twice and just cut off before I could answer. Happened on two different days. I'd say best to just block them.
