this woman called me saying she was from sky's refund team, her accent was so heavy it was hard to understand. she sounded dodgy from the start, so i didn’t waste my time. just told her straight up that i knew she was a con and she can do one.

When I picked up the phone, all I got was complete silence on the other end.

Got a call from some bloke claiming we were due about £200 from our Sky account. Thing is, we don’t even have Sky! I didn’t stick around too long 'cos he rambled on and it was obvious he’d end up asking for our bank info. No way was I giving that out!
