The caller mentioned something about energy and insisted it wasn’t a cold call right from the start. I replied, "Actually, it is a cold call. How did you even find my number?" They didn’t like that one bit, got a bit rude, and just ended the call.

They called to check if I owned the house, then started asking about things like mains gas, double-glazed windows, and whether I had loft access. Before I could say anything else, they just ended the call. Seems fishy to me, maybe another scam, but I can’t put my finger on what exactly.

Had a call from someone asking if my windows were double-glazed and if my house had central heating or something like that, plus whether there was an attic I could get into. Seemed like a weird mix of questions but since they didn’t seem harmful, I just answered them. Then out of nowhere, they just said “Alright, cheers, bye” pretty quickly without explaining why they wanted to know all that. Felt a bit dodgy to me, and I definitely wouldn’t have shared anything more personal. Sounds like it could've been some sort of scam.

Got three calls within an hour, and each time it was a different person but with the same line: claiming to be from Energy Search Ltd, asking if I handle the electricity bills. I told them, all three times, that we're just a serviced office and don't manage any payments. I have a sneaky suspicion they'll ring for a fourth time soon.

Got a call from an automated voice claiming to be from "Rethink Energy". I asked how they'd got my number and the call just cut off straight away!

Got a call that had something to do with energy. They asked me if I was the current owner of the place. I just ended the call right there.
