Got a call from someone claiming to be Kevin from BT, but I reckon it was a scam. He managed to get into my laptop remotely and put some software on it. Luckily, I’ve since deleted whatever it was. When I spoke to my broadband provider, they confirmed it was a dodgy call, so just watch out for this kind of thing!
