The moment I mentioned I had a smart meter, they abruptly informed me I didn’t qualify for whatever they were offering and then just disconnected the call. Honestly, the service here in Aberystwyth is rather disappointing; the chap sounded like a machine, and the call kept cutting out. Quite frustrating!
