Just got a call from this number, showing Aberystwyth in Wales on my screen (probably faking it). An automated American woman told me to stop what I’m doing and respond, pressing 1 if I wanted to talk to the police - or else I’d get arrested. Absolutely mad! Blocked straight away. Don’t get caught out by this nonsense. Fingers crossed VoIP rules coming next year will put an end to all these scams.
