Got a call from 01952 235870 with an automated message saying my Amazon Prime was about to renew and if I had questions to press 1. Since my subscription already renewed last month, I'm pretty sure this is some kind of scam.

Received a call from someone in Glasgow regarding my O2 account. They insisted I call the number provided directly. Essentially, they attempted (and almost succeeded) to switch me to a Vodafone account. Initially, I thought they were representatives from O2. It turns out they were disguising a cold calling scam as a legitimate call.

Beware of fraudulent individuals impersonating EE customer service representatives. The scammers may pose as EE personnel while attempting to gain access to your EE account information. Stay vigilant and be cautious when receiving unsolicited calls or messages regarding your EE account.

I was told that someone needed to talk to me regarding my EE account. Though I do have an EE contract, it became evident that they were not from EE. Moreover, their use of the word "need" seemed highly inappropriate in this context.

Today, I received a call on my phone. The person on the other end specifically inquired about speaking to my husband, completely disregarding the fact that they could have asked for me instead. It is worth noting that both my husband and I have separate EE accounts - his being a personal account, and mine being a company account.

A message was left, urgently requesting a discussion regarding my EE account. So, I called the person and persistently questioned them until they finally acknowledged that they were not employed by EE. I informed them that I would not discuss anything related to my EE account since they weren't officially affiliated with the company. It's unclear what their intentions are, but it's evident that they cannot be trusted.

OneCom??? I got a really confusing voicemail saying to call back 'urgently regarding my account'! I assumed it was someone from a supplier but nope, it was some rude, pushy young bloke trying to strong-arm me into handing over personal details to get a ‘better’ mobile deal! Why do big companies like O2 let this happen? Or maybe they’re just too massive to bother about their customers anymore!!!

Got a call from this number and some arrogant kid saying he was an O2 partner trying to sell me a better business plan. When I asked what the offer was, he smugly said he can't just tell me without getting my info first. That really got me going. Got a call this morning and they even left a voicemail - that’s rare for these cold callers, must be getting desperate. They claimed to be from EE with some news about my phone, but I knew straight away it was rubbish since I’m on a SIM-only plan. Why would I want to upgrade? If I need a new phone, I just buy one outright. This just shows EE passed my info on to some third party, so who loses here? Yep, it’s EE. I’ve just decided to switch to Three mobile - now I can use my phone abroad in loads of countries with no roaming fees. Brilliant!
