got a call about my ee account and what freaked me out was they already knew my name and phone number. when i asked if they were allowed to have my info the woman from onecom just laughed it off. i told them to erase all my details immediately. planning to report this to the information commissioners office and let ee know they might have a data breach.

I got a call from a firm named Onecom claiming they could cut costs on my business mobile contract. But it ended up being a sales pitch for a pricier, upgraded phone instead. Pretty pointless, really - wouldn’t bother with them.
