This is definitely a dodgy operation! They're masquerading as representatives from Black Horse Finance, attempting to fish for your bank info under the guise of PPI claims. I had a word with the genuine team at Black Horse, and it turns out they send out cheques via post - they don’t ask for sensitive information like bank details or dates of birth at all. It’s best to keep your personal information under wraps and not divulge a single thing to these con artists! Stay safe!

Scam call from a supposed bank, had to block it straight away.

was obviously a ppi scammer. as soon as i said i was clearing out my bank before he could send any money, he just cut the call. total waste of time!

Got a call on my mobile from someone claiming I was due £2700. They already had my name and address, which was a bit creepy. When I told them I wasn’t giving out bank info, they just cut the call. Sounds like a classic PPI scam to me.

some bloke rang saying he was from black horse finance about some ppi claim i had made before. He asked for my date of birth and even my bank details after confirming my postcode. I told him i'd prefer to get a cheque instead, and he sounded annoyed. pretty sure it was a scam.

Got a call from this number a moment ago. Picked up and there was silence at first, then I heard a guy talking with loads of street noise in the background. Looked it up here and have now blocked it on my phone.
