Got a call from someone who said, "Tom here, about the government paid loft insulation you got done a while back." Problem is, I never had any done. This was the second time he’s phoned me in two days, but the first time it was from another number linked to my house. Both times, as soon as I made it clear I wasn’t interested in what seems like a scam, he just hung up. When I tried ringing back, a message came up saying, “The number you have dialled is not recognised.”
