01928237187 popped up and although the code looks like it's from Runcorn, the person on the other end sounded like they were from South East Asia. I'm honestly fed up with these calls. I get about 5 or 6 a day from different numbers. Ever since the Talk Talk breach back in 2015, my phone's been non stop. Ofcom couldn't care less and neither does anyone else. Just the way it is, I suppose.

From what I seen in other reports for this number they mentioned it was a bank. But when I got a call, they said they wanted to review my life insurance. Told them straight away I'm not interested, to remove my info and not to ring again. If they call back, I'll be reporting them to Ofcom for cold call harassment. It was a quick chat. Number is blocked now.
