Rang me twice today. When I picked up, they just cut the line. They left a robotic message claiming to be from BT, warning that my internet was set to be cut off straightaway. I was told to press either 1 or 2 for more info. I called back and spoke to someone who claimed there were 'technical difficulties' and asked how many devices I had connected. I pressed them for more details since they supposedly had all my info, but they just dropped the call when I questioned them. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
