Got two calls, and both times as soon as I picked up, they just dropped the line on me. Later, I got an automated voice claiming to be from BT saying my internet was about to be cut off right away and telling me to press 1 or 2. I rang back, managed to talk to someone who said there was some tech problem and asked how many gadgets I had connected. When I asked them to prove they had my account info, the person just ended the call.
