I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from BT Openreach, supposedly about an issue I never reported with my broadband. It was blatantly a phishing attempt. The caller tried to persuade me to grant remote access to my computer to "resolve" the non-existent problem. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
