Picked up the phone and it was some energy firm trying to push me to join up right there on the call. I told them I'd rather get some info in writing first. They said I’d still have to agree now, but there’s a 14 day cooling off time if I change my mind. Didn’t fancy it so I just blocked the number.

dont waste your time replying. When they first rang, it was some bloke trying to sell me something unknown, so I told him to take me off their list.
