Actually got a proper call from Virgin Media about some exclusive offers. I ended up signing up on the phone with one of their reps and managed to score a better price than what’s listed online. Had all my stuff set up without any issues. Seems like some of the negative comments are from folks who probably didn’t pick up the phone. Virgin Media’s customer support told me this is definitely one of their authorised centres, nothing dodgy.
