They rang me a couple of times today but I never picked up. I’ve blocked the number now. I usually ignore calls from unknown numbers, if it was something important they’d probably leave a voicemail.

They called me like 3 times within an hour and a half. So disrespectful, wouldn’t even let me get a word in. When I managed to say I want my info off their list and for them to stop bothering me, they just said “maybe don’t put your info out there” and then straight up hung up on me before I could say anything else.

Got a call from someone claiming he was with ERG, which I’d never come across before. He checked and said our bills were fine and on a low rate, and since we pay cash every few months with no direct debit, he said there was nothing he could do to assist. Quite refreshing, really!

They called me several times yesterday and then once more this morning. When I finally picked up, the young bloke claimed he was ringing from some energy company, offering me savings I apparently missed out on last year. He wanted to know who my energy provider was. I told him to ring back later since I was at work. He then went on to say, "I don’t want to sound rude, but I’ve been trying to get hold of you for a while, and this will only take a couple of minutes." I wasn’t having any of it and said I was busy, asking him to call after 5pm. I hung up and then blocked the number. I just can’t stand being talked to like that, sorry!
