BetVictor The lady speaks so slowly, you can tell she’s just reading off a script. a) I clearly said I didn’t want any calls when I signed up (or to put it in GDPR speak, I definitely didn’t "OPT-IN") b) Could someone please teach her to make the font bigger on her display? I bet she’s struggling to see it through her glasses. Ended the call, not worth the hassle.

The person wouldn't say who they were at first, just kept saying it was about some online account of mine. I only found out it was BetVictor after checking this site, then I mentioned it to them and finally they admitted it. Honestly, I used to bet with BetVictor but after how rude and vague this call was, I won't be using them anymore. Totally unprofessional approach on their part.

Got a call from an elderly lady with a Geordie accent who wouldn’t say her name or which firm she was ringing from. She kept silent until I gave some personal info first, which seemed really dodgy. She also brought up an online account but didn’t give any clear info. Would definitely steer clear. Blocked straight away.
