Got a call from Octopus Energy, asking who my gas and electric supplier was. They mentioned my name and asked if I was still with EDF Energy, but I switched from them more than four years ago.

you can hear loads of noise in the background so its clearly a call centre. i reckon english wasn’t their first language cos they just hung up when i picked up. after checking this number it’s safe to say it’s a total "scam". they try to sell stuff but only if they feel like talking to you!
