It’s a utility firm. You gotta call them back, hit 1, then press 1 one more time, then they say your number and you press 1 again if you don’t want to use their service. After that, they add you to a no-call list. Just be sure to pay attention to the prompts.

Whoever this lot are, they’re really getting on my nerves. They keep leaving the same message over and over, but the company’s name is always impossible to understand. The message is always something like “nothing to worry about, we’ll call you back.” I’ve blocked the numbers 0191 580 5047 and 0191 580 5049, plus 0131 620 5765 and 0141 280 8631. But every time I block one, they ring from a different number the next day. It’s always the same woman leaving the identical voicemail, and the company name still makes no sense at all.
