The only problem is the call centre’s audio is really bad and makes it hard to understand the person on the other end. If the sound quality was improved, I’d mark the number as trustworthy for sure.

I've received an incessant barrage of calls from this number, all pushing me to set up a smart meter. After blocking them, they simply switched to another number! I'm convinced it’s EDF; such a dreadful company, honestly.

Got a call from this number saying hes from EDF and wants to arrange an appointment for an engineer to sort out the smart meter cos it isnt linked properly and giving wrong readings. Definitely a scam, so folks should watch out for this kinda thing.

This week my phone has been non stop ringing. I reckon I’ve had like 8 or so cold calls all week. I don’t answer any number I don’t recognise, instead I note the number and look it up here. Then I just block them on my phone. Wish they would just give up calling. The TPS service is useless, my dad tried it and nothing changed. Definitely the worst week for calls since I got this number.

Been getting loads of calls on both my landline and mobile, even past 7 in the evening. Recently had a smart meter installed because the old one wasn’t connecting properly, and before that, no calls like this. EDF know there’s issues and engineers are working on it. I called their support and they told me those numbers aren’t from them, and they’d only ever reach out by email or through their app. They’ve logged the number I mentioned. Had so many calls this morning alone. So, even though some say it’s legit, based on what EDF told me, I reckon it’s a scam.

Got a missed call from this number, so I called back. It was one of those automated messages claiming to be EDF, but after checking the reviews here, it’s pretty clear that’s not true. How do these fraudsters keep getting away with this rubbish? I’ve blocked the number now. Been getting loads of calls from similar ones too.
