I received two calls today purporting to be from Virgin Media, claiming they were alerted to issues with my internet connection due to some error messages they’d been receiving. Honestly, I told them my internet was perfectly fine, and they ended the call abruptly. What's more, this isn't even my home address they're referring to! Quite a peculiar situation, if you ask me.
