Got a call from someone saying they were with Microsoft. They said my PC was full of dangerous viruses and that files had been put on without my knowledge. Told them this was a work laptop, managed by IT pros with all the proper security in place and regularly checked. They just ended the call when I mentioned that. Turns out, they want to get into your computer to "clean up" those files, but really it's a way to grab anything they want. I've reported it to Microsoft already.
