Sunlife. I purchased a policy from them. Put a bad review on their website, saying I would cancel if the calls didn’t stop. Got a message apologising and saying no more calls would come through. It actually worked, haven’t had any since, but I still blocked the number just in case.

Got a recorded call claiming to be from Visa Security, telling me to verify a £600 charge on my account. There was no such transaction at all. Sounds like another scam or some kind of fraud to me.

Most likely Sunlife. I'm fed up with these calls. In just under a week, I've gotten 8 calls where no one speaks when I pick up. I ended up having to call an 0800 number to get my number taken off their list. It's proper harassment and should be dealt with, it's so annoying. Even if you don’t answer, they just keep ringing back. I've tried everything, but fingers crossed that after they remove my number, which apparently takes 24 hours, they'll leave me alone. We'll find out soon enough.
