I received a call from the number 0191 5013300, with someone purporting to be from Amazon, notifying me of an unauthorised transaction linked to my account and promising a refund. However, when I logged into my Amazon profile, there was absolutely no sign of any suspicious activity. I decided to terminate the call, but they’ve since attempted to contact me a whopping 11 times! Quite the nuisance, if you ask me!

EDF kept ringing me asking for my partner who hasn’t lived here for over 8 months. Even when we tried to leave, they made it a nightmare - took them 4 months to let us switch as the new company couldn’t take over till EDF gave the go ahead, even though we had no valid contract. Their customer service was rubbish too. Proper bad company, avoid them if you can. Sometimes they just keep you waiting with no straight answers while you can hear them banging away on the keyboard. I honestly think companies like that should be banned from cold calls altogether.
