However, when I logged into my Amazon profile, there was absolutely no sign of any suspicious activity. I decided to terminate the call, but they’ve since attempted to contact me a whopping 11 times! EDF kept ringing me asking for my partner who hasn’t lived here for over 8 months. Even when we tried to leave, they made it a nightmare - took them 4 months to let us switch as the new company couldn’t take over till EDF gave the go ahead, even though we had no valid contract.
