I was contacted excessively by a company during the day while I was working. When I finally answered in the evening, I had an unpleasant encounter with a disrespectful woman from the company. She became very confrontational and raised her voice when I mentioned that I am registered with the TPS (Telephone Preference Service). She wrongly insisted that only landlines could be registered, accusing me of lying. (In fact, you can register mobile numbers too). Despite informing her that, regardless of TPS, I wanted my name to be removed from their call list (as legally required), she continued to verbally abuse me. Eventually, I had no choice but to end the call and hang up on her. In summary, this woman displayed utter rudeness and showed a complete lack of customer service skills. She acted like an absolute idiot.
