It’s so frustrating especially when you’re feeling rough or expecting something important, only to find it’s some telemarketer hassling you. I got bombarded with calls from this place all day while I was busy working. Finally, that evening, I picked up and got a really nasty woman on the line. When I told her I’m TPS registered, she got all aggressive and shouted, claiming you can’t register mobiles, only landlines - which is rubbish. Even after I told her to remove me from their call list, which they’re legally obligated to do, she just kept on being abusive. I had no choice but to hang up on her. So rude, terrible customer service - honestly, just one big nightmare.
