Got a call missed from this number, then it rang again - definitely fake, total scam.

I reckon it's a bit dodgy; they want to know if you'd mind responding to a handful of questions.

A lady rang me up claiming to be from the ISF, chatting about something to do with a levelling-up scheme for those in housing associations or local councils. She mentioned needing to speak with the parents, but I informed her that they weren’t available. No fuss was made; she just reassured me it was fine and then hung up.

I'm receiving numerous calls-probably around ten or so-every single day! It's getting a bit overwhelming, to say the least.

The call lasted just 39 seconds before he hung up. It was the first time I got a ring from this number, which looks spoofed. Definitely a scam.

Been getting calls from this number on and off for a few days now. Haven't picked up and no voicemail or anything.

After seeing what others said, i left a note saying unknown on this number. Since then, they’ve called me about five times and it’s starting to feel like harassment. I’m going to block it now but will keep an eye out in case they try again. Seems pretty obvious it’s some kinda scam.

I received an unexpected call supposedly regarding a survey for tenants of the housing association, but curiously, they contacted me instead of my folks. I’m quite baffled as to how they even got hold of my number. My parents took the initiative to ring up the housing association, only to find out that they weren’t aware of any such survey taking place. Quite the mystery, isn’t it?

This number keeps popping up on my phone, luckily it gets blocked automaticly. Honestly, folks really ought to stop answering calls from numbers they don't recognise. There's far too many scam calls going around nowadays, and it’s mostly targeting older people. Stay safe everyone!

she claimed to be calling from the department of levelling up or something like that. i told her straight off i wasn’t going to chat unless she could prove it wasn’t a scam. she offered an email but i said no way. wouldn’t give a proper address either. so i just told her thanks, but no thanks. didn’t share anything. i don’t trust calls at 8:30pm claiming to be govt surveys. maybe it’s legit, but i wasn’t about to risk it.

I got a call from someone saying they were from the government, checking if my landlord was treating me right. They sounded polite and pretty believable, but I decided to look up the number while on the call. Finding it listed here with lots of warnings made me end the conversation nicely.

Honestly, no clue what this number is but it looks dodgy and definitely not from anywhere near where my mates or family live. If I were you, I'd just ignore it. If it’s something legit, they’ll leave a voicemail or ring back. Seems like a scam to me.

Just got a call about social housing repairs again, funny thing is I've never lived in London, Bolton, Durham or Glasgow which is where they kept saying. How do they even figure I live in social housing? Feels like a total fishing trip to me. Looks like it’s another scam like that Tesco one where they say you’ve won a prize. Honestly, best bet is to just block these numbers and delete those Tesco emails, they’re definitely dodgy.

Just got another phone call about social housing repairs, it’s mad! Been calls from places like Glasgow, Bolton, London, and Durham, and I don’t even live near any of them. Why on earth do they reckon I’m in social housing? Feels like they’re just fishing for info or something. Probably another scam, like that Tesco one about winning a prize. Honestly, best to just block those numbers and ignore those Tesco emails, they’re definitely dodgy.

It's one of those persistent numbers that keep calling repeatedly until you finally pick up, only for them to promptly disconnect. Honestly, I reckon it's not even an actual human being on the other end; it feels more like some sort of automated system just ringing away.

This dodgy call centre, that tried ringing me before from 0161 388 7240, has now moved onto this number instead. Even my Samsung phone flagged it as a “possible scam” right after it started ringing. Absolutely no chance I’m answering!

Got a call from a 0191 number today, it only rang a couple of times and then cut off. Seems like one of those dodgy scam calls. Hard to believe anyone important would be ringing me on a Sunday anyway. Not sure which area that code is from either.
