I encountered the most irritating chap today claiming he could assist in slashing my BT bills. He outright refused to retrieve my number from their database, insisting he was the top bloke in charge with no one else present to back him up. He kept on about needing to know which provider I'm with, and after a few more minutes of his nonsense, I decided I’d had enough and hung up!
